As the date of the 2023 Grassfed Exchange draws closer, exhibitors and attendees are from time to time subjected to improper solicitation from unaffiliated hotels or third-party housing agencies. Grassfed Exchange assumes the responsibility to demand a cease and desist of such efforts. Poachers typically offer a lower rate than the official block rate. With that, room reservations may be offered at significantly lower quality or cancellation polices are often harsh and unforgiving. In other circumstances, these companies are scams and fraudulent. For these reasons, and to support our efforts to give you a quality event, we encourage you to book your housing accommodations using the reservation tools provided to attendees.
The Hershey Lodge is the only official host hotel of the 2023 Grassfed Exchange. Any offers from other hotels and/or housing agencies are not endorsed by the Grassfed Exchange. Beware of, and report any unauthorized solicitations to the Grassfed Exchange.

Airport to Hershey:
20 minute drive from Harrisburg to Hershey.
Hershey runs a shuttle from Harrisburg Amtrak and Airport. You must call 717-534-8601, Hershey Concierge, to schedule a pickup. $65/round trip or $35/one way. You can also contract with Uber or Lyft. Word on the street is that it is easier to get an Uber from Harrisburg Airport to Hershey than the return trip of Hershey to Harrisburg Airport. No taxi service available.
They recommend renting a car if you fly in to Philadelphia or Baltimore.
