Tod Auman

Tod Auman, along with his wife Chrissy, founded Dundore & Heister, LLC., (www.dundoreandheister.com ), a sustainable whole-animal butcher with locations in Wyomissing, PA and in the Easton Public Market,(www.eastonpublicmarket ), a community- supported market located in Easton, PA. Tod is a board member for both the Keystone Center for The Study of Regional Foods & Food Tourism and the Roughwood Seed Collection which comprises over 4000 heirloom food plants and is considered one of the treasures of North American Horticulture. Tod graduated from Denison University with a B.A. in Communications in 1989. He later graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in 1998.
