Fenceline Photos – a picture says a thousand words

Sometimes there is no better illustration of progress in healing land and making it productive than to show a picture across a fence line where 2 different practices have been in play for a while. In this topic, please share a photo of your operation as it shares a boundary with your neighbor’s.

To do so, go to "Upload Attachment" below, then "Choose File", then click "Add the File" button next to that. Then you’ll see a "Posted Attachments" appear immediately below the text box you’re typing in. Put your cursor where you want the file, then click the "Place Inline" button right below.

As an example, here’s the picture of Aaron Lucich’s fenceline in Northern California from Spring 2014 that I showed at the GFE conference in July 2014…

One of friends, Rick Marriner, with whom I’m actively collaborating on this soil carbon stuff, has a young daughter who was assigned to write a school report on a female scientists, so she chose our friend Christine Jones of Australia. One of the things she did was type 2 searches in to Google: 1) "images of CAFO cows", and 2) "images of grass fed cows" and got back the following 2 image arrays…
